NSW Health has advised Yass Valley Council that the Boil Water Alert issued for Yass, Murrumbateman, Binalong, and Bowning can now be lifted.
WaterNSW has issued a red alert advisory for high levels of blue-green algae for Burrinjuck Dam at the dam wall. This red alert follows the sighting of an algal scum in the water near the Dam wall.
The red alert warning for blue-green algae that was issued for Burrinjuck Dam atWoolgarlo has been lifted. The red alert was lifted following two consecutivelaboratory reports for algal samples of lower than red alert level. Woolgarlo site isnow on amber alert for blue-green algae.
